Delete your PassPath account
This page explains how to have your PassPath account and its data deleted. It applies to the PassPath app published on Google Play by PassPath.
How to request deletion
- Email help@passpathai.com with the subject "Delete my PassPath account".
- Send the email from the address that you use to sign in to PassPath (so we can verify it's you), or include that address in the message.
- We will confirm and delete your account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email, name, sign-in)
- Your profile: grade, school, subjects and marks
- Your AI tutor conversations and learning memory
- Your practice, exam and progress history, streaks and calendar entries
- Any subscription record (an active subscription is cancelled first)
What may be kept, and for how long
- Payment records required by South African tax and financial law are kept for up to 5 years, in anonymised form wherever possible.
- Routine server logs that may reference your account ID are automatically deleted within 90 days.
